Members of the county engineering staff find this conference provides information to aid them in the design, construction and operation of the transportation system in the county. You will learn about innovations in concrete and asphalt pavements as well as gravel road and shoulder stabilization. A new Accu-Steel Crossover building used for sand and salt storage was erected in Juneau, AK.  The multipurpose building is 150’ x 120’ and features the Accu-Steel Offset Crossover profile which allowed the customer to incorporate additional storage needs economically.

NDOR Accu-Steel Salt Storage Buildings

Nebraska Department of Roads has a state-wide, multi-year contract with Accu-Steel that allows county municipalities to purchase buildings on equal terms. This contract has been active for four years, and in the last year alone has facilitated the installation of five salt storage buildings. The buildings include a 43’ x 80’ Advantage building, a 42’ x 64’ Advantage building, a 52’ x 75’ Pro-Advantage building, and two 60’ x 100’ Advantage buildings.
